The most gorgeous flattering dress i’ve ever seen and I am heartbroken it doesn’t fit. The velvet is so soft and the lamé trim is such high quality. Says size 10 but definitely fits small, more fitted for a size 8 with a small chest or a size 6. Likely late 80’s or early 90’s. Perfect condition aside from the snipped tag The measurements are chest 33-35cm (quite hard to tell as there’s a built in bustier) waist 31cm hips 39cm
